How does the free trial work?
7 days of full access to the Pro plan, no credit card required. At the end, if you don't pick a plan, your account switches to read-only: your data stays intact and you can pick up whenever you like.
How long does it take to get up and running?
Under ten minutes: roughly 3 minutes to connect your Google Business Profile, 1 minute for the AI to learn your tone from your past replies, and a few more to confirm your settings. Nothing to install: a smartphone, a tablet or a laptop is all you need.
Can the AI publish without me reviewing?
Only if you turn it on. By default, the AI writes a draft and you approve it in one tap. In autopilot mode, you choose what goes out on its own - for instance 4- and 5-star reviews - and sensitive reviews (allergies, health issues, defamatory content) always come back for manual review.
Am I locked in?
No. You cancel in 2 clicks from your account, with no fees or penalty, and keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Your customer database exports as CSV at any time.
Where is my data hosted?
In the European Union, on a server of the European hosting provider Contabo. Your reviews and replies are never used to train AI models: they only personalise your own tone, on your own account.
