How does the 7-day trial work?
You get access to every feature on the Pro plan for 7 days. No credit card required. At the end, if you don't pick a plan, your account shifts to read-only - your data stays intact, ready to resume whenever.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, in 2 clicks from your account. No fees, no penalty. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Can I change plan mid-way?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, pro-rated. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle, at no cost.
How are SMS campaigns billed?
You pay per campaign, on top of your subscription. Billing is per segment: a plain SMS fits in one 160-character segment, and a longer message, or one containing an emoji or certain special characters, counts as several segments. The composer shows the segment count as you type. A segment costs €0.06 excl. VAT on Standard and €0.05 excl. VAT on Pro: reaching 100 customers with a single-segment message therefore costs €6 excl. VAT on Standard, €5 on Pro. On Pro, your first 100 segments each month are free on top of that. The exact cost is always shown before you confirm, and you can set a monthly spending cap.
How does the multi-location discount work?
Both plans take as many locations as you want, managed from a single account. The discount itself is Pro-only: it applies automatically from 2 locations onwards: −10% (2-3), −15% (4-5), −25% (6-10), −30% (11+). On Standard, every location stays at €29 excl. VAT / month.
