You need a Ma Belle Note account on the Pro plan or in free trial, with owner or admin access.

Add the connector
In your assistant, add a custom connector with the Ma Belle Note server address.

Sign in
A Ma Belle Note window opens: sign in, choose the account and the permissions (Read only by default), then click Authorize.

Ask your question
Your assistant is linked to your reviews. Ask it whatever you want to know, as you would a colleague.

- 1On claude.ai, open Settings › Connectors.
- 2Click Add custom connector, name it Ma Belle Note and paste the server address.
- 3Click Connect, then authorize access in the Ma Belle Note window.

- 2In Claude Code, type /mcp, pick ma-belle-note then authenticate: your browser opens the Ma Belle Note window.

You stay in control
An assistant connection follows the same rules as an API key of the account: same permissions, same log, same revocation.
Permissions you choose
You tick what the assistant can read and do. A tool outside these permissions is not even offered to it.
Revocable from both sides
Remove the connector in your assistant, or revoke the connection in Settings › Integration, API & webhooks: access is cut off immediately.
Visible in the app
Each connection shows up in the key list with the AI assistant badge and its last use. An email lets you know when it is created.
Every call logged
The assistant's calls stay visible for 14 days in the Usage tab, with the operation, status and duration.
Nothing is published without you
Without the publishing permission, the assistant cannot send anything to Google: its drafts wait for your review. Its writes are flagged as such, so it asks for your approval.
Reserved for managers
Only the owner and admins of the account can connect an assistant. Each connection counts toward the account's 10 keys.

What is a connector?
A connector links your AI assistant to an outside service. It relies on MCP (Model Context Protocol), an open protocol followed by Claude, ChatGPT, Le Chat and many tools. Once Ma Belle Note is connected, the assistant fetches your reviews and figures to answer your questions.
Which assistants are compatible?
Claude (claude.ai and its apps), ChatGPT in developer mode, Le Chat, Grok, Perplexity, Claude Code, Cursor, and any MCP client that handles the OAuth connection. Adding a custom connector may depend on your plan with the assistant's provider.
Can the assistant act on my behalf?
Only within the permissions you ticked. With the Read only template, it reads without changing anything. With the drafting permission, it leaves drafts to review in the app. It only publishes a reply on Google if you gave it that permission, and assistants ask for your approval before a write.
Which data does the assistant see?
The data covered by the ticked permissions, for every location of the account. What the assistant reads is sent to its provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, Mistral…), which processes it under its own terms. Untick private feedback or the customer base if they must stay in the app.
How do I disconnect the assistant?
Remove the connector in the assistant's settings, or revoke the connection in Ma Belle Note, Settings › Integration, API & webhooks. Either way, access is cut off immediately.
Why does ChatGPT ask for developer mode?
It is a ChatGPT rule: it only accepts a connector added by its address in developer mode. Turn it on in the advanced settings of apps and connectors, then add Ma Belle Note. This mode does not give the assistant more permissions than those chosen when connecting.
Who can connect an assistant?
The owner and admins of the account, on the Pro plan or during the free trial. Each connection counts toward the account's 10 API keys.
Does it cost extra?
The connector is included in the Pro plan and during the trial. Only AI-written drafts use the monthly AI credit, as in the app.
Can I use an API key instead?
Yes, for a server, an automation or a client without OAuth: an mbn_live_ key is sent in the Authorization header. The technical guide walks you through it.
