At September 2026 public prices, Ma Belle Note costs €30 excl. VAT less per month than Dokaa on each tier (€29 vs €59, €49 vs €79), on monthly billing.

Dokaa narrows the gap with annual billing: its pricing page lists Pilotage at €50 and Performance at €65 excl. VAT per month, i.e. two months free (source). Over a year, a restaurant pays €600 excl. VAT for Dokaa Pilotage on annual billing, versus €348 excl. VAT for Ma Belle Note Standard paid monthly.

Two points to factor in:

• SMS. Dokaa sells it as an add-on, with no public price. At Ma Belle Note it is included in both plans and billed €0.06 excl. VAT per SMS on Standard, €0.05 on Pro with 100 free SMS every month.
• AI credits. Ma Belle Note includes 80 credits a month on Standard and 300 on Pro. One review reply uses one credit. A restaurant receiving more than 80 Google reviews a month will move to Pro.

Platforms: Dokaa's advantage

Dokaa covers more platforms, and for some restaurants that is decisive. Its pricing page lists automatic replies to Google, TripAdvisor, Uber Eats, Deliveroo and TheFork reviews from the Pilotage plan, plus updating your information on several platforms and automatic Google posts.
